LilyBell Noshi Gift
利用規約
LilyBellが提供するWixアプリ「LilyBell Noshi Gift（のし・ギフト指定）」の利用条件を定めます。
第1条（本アプリの内容）
本アプリは、Wixの購入手続き画面にのし指定欄を追加し、入力内容を注文へ記録する機能を提供します。のし指定は注文全体につき1件であり、商品ごとの指定や包装料金の加算には対応しません。
第2条（料金）
本アプリは有料です。Standardプランの基準価格は、月払いが月額3米ドル、年払いが年額36米ドル（月額3米ドル相当）で、14日間の無料体験を設けています。実際の価格、通貨、税、請求周期、無料体験の適用条件および支払条件は、契約時にWix上に表示される内容が優先されます。料金はWixを通じて請求されます。料金を変更する場合は、Wix上その他の合理的な方法で告知します。
第3条（利用者の責任）
- 利用者は、本アプリの表示設定と購入手続きでの動作を確認し、店舗の運用に適合するか判断するものとします。
- 購入者が入力したのし指定を確認し、適切なのし掛け、梱包および出荷を行う責任は利用者にあります。
- 表書きや水引の選択肢は一般的な例であり、地域、宗教、慣習または贈答目的への適合を保証しません。
- 利用者は、法令、Wixの利用規約および個人情報保護に関する義務を守るものとします。
第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本アプリの不正利用、解析、改変、再配布、本アプリまたはWixの運営を妨げる行為、第三者の権利を侵害する行為をしてはなりません。
第5条（免責）
- 当方は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、常時利用できること、または不具合がないことを保証しません。
- 当方は、Wixの障害、利用者の設定・運用、購入者の入力、通信環境その他当方の責めに帰さない事由による損害について責任を負いません。
- 法令で認められる範囲で、当方は間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益について責任を負いません。ただし、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りではありません。
第6条（変更・中断・終了）
当方は、必要に応じて本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。利用者に重大な影響がある場合は、合理的な方法で事前に告知します。
第7条（個人情報）
情報の取り扱いは、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによります。
第8条（規約の変更）
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は公開ページへの掲載時から効力を生じます。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms and Conditions (English)
These terms govern the Wix app "LilyBell Noshi Gift" (the "App") provided by LilyBell ("we"). By installing the App on a Wix site, the site owner or operator ("User") agrees to these terms.
1. The App
The App adds a noshi selection field to Wix checkout and records the selection on the order. It collects one noshi specification for the entire order and does not provide per-product selections or add wrapping fees.
2. Fees
The App is a paid service. The Standard plan has a base price of US$3 per month when billed monthly or US$36 per year (equivalent to US$3 per month) when billed annually, with a 14-day free trial. The actual price, currency, taxes, billing cycle, free-trial eligibility and payment terms shown through Wix at the time of purchase take precedence. Wix processes the charges. If we change the pricing, we will provide notice through Wix or another reasonable method.
3. User responsibilities
- The User checks the App's settings and checkout behavior and decides whether they fit the store's operations.
- The User reviews the customer's selection and is responsible for correctly preparing, wrapping and shipping the order.
- Purpose and mizuhiki options are general examples and are not guaranteed to fit every regional, religious, customary or gifting context.
- The User complies with applicable law, Wix terms and data-protection obligations.
4. Prohibited conduct
The User must not misuse, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App, interfere with the App or Wix, or infringe third-party rights.
5. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the App fits a particular purpose, is always available or is free of defects.
- We are not liable for damages caused by matters not attributable to us, including Wix outages, User configuration, customer input or communications.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits. This limitation does not apply to our intent or gross negligence.
6. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the App as needed. If a change materially affects Users, we will provide advance notice by a reasonable method.
7. Personal information
Information is handled under the LilyBell Noshi Gift Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the App.
