LilyBellが提供するWixアプリ「LilyBell Noshi Gift（のし・ギフト指定）」で取り扱う情報について定めます。
1. 取り扱う情報
本アプリは、機能提供に必要な範囲で、WixのサイトID・アプリインスタンスID・購入手続きID・カートID、のしの要否・表書き・水引・名入れ・内のし／外のし、注文ID・注文番号、表示設定、購入者メモおよび店舗向け注文コメントを取り扱います。
名入れ欄には購入者が氏名等を入力する場合があり、個人情報に該当することがあります。本アプリは、購入者の住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、決済情報を独自の保存項目として保存しません。
2. 利用目的
- 購入手続きでのし指定を表示・保存するため
- 必須項目の入力を確認するため
- 注文に指定を反映し、店舗スタッフが出荷準備時に確認できるようにするため
- 不具合調査、セキュリティ確保、問い合わせ対応のため
3. 保存場所と一時保存
のし指定と表示設定は、Wixのアプリ用データコレクションに保存されます。本アプリ独自の外部サーバーへ転送しません。入力途中の内容は、購入手続き中の復元のためにブラウザのセッションストレージへ一時保存されることがあります。
6. 保存期間と削除
情報は、本アプリの機能提供、注文対応および法令上必要な期間に限り保存します。サイト所有者はWixのCMSから本アプリのデータを確認・削除できます。削除依頼は下記窓口でも受け付けます。アプリのアンインストールだけでは、保存済みデータが直ちに削除されない場合があります。
7. 安全管理
本アプリはWixの認証・権限機構とクラウド基盤を利用し、通信時の暗号化その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

LilyBell ("we") provides the Wix app "LilyBell Noshi Gift" (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled through the App.
1. Information handled
The App handles Wix site, app instance, checkout and cart IDs; noshi request, purpose, mizuhiki, name and placement; order ID and number; the App's display setting; and buyer notes and merchant-facing order comments only as needed to provide its features. The optional name field may contain personal information. The App does not store the buyer's address, phone number, email address or payment information as its own data fields.
2. Purposes
We use information to display and save noshi choices, validate required choices, record selections for fulfillment, investigate problems, maintain security and respond to support inquiries.
3. Storage and browser data
Noshi selections and the display setting are stored in Wix app data collections and are not sent to a separate external server operated by the App. An unfinished selection may be stored temporarily in browser session storage during checkout.
4. Sharing and sale
We do not sell or disclose App data to third parties except where required by law. Wix processes data as the provider of the cloud infrastructure on which the App runs.
5. Cookies
The App does not set its own cookies or advertising trackers. Wix may use technologies required to provide its website and checkout services.
6. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as necessary to provide the App, support fulfillment and meet legal requirements. Site owners can review and delete App data through Wix CMS, or request deletion through the contact below. Uninstalling the App may not immediately delete previously stored records.
7. Security
The App uses Wix authentication, authorization and cloud infrastructure, including encryption in transit and other reasonable safeguards.
