利用規約

LilyBellが提供するWixアプリ「Japan Delivery Date（配送日時指定）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリをWixサイトに導入した方（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（本アプリの内容）

本アプリは、Wixの購入手続き画面に配送希望日・時間帯の選択欄を追加し、その内容を注文に記録する機能などを提供します。

第2条（料金）

本アプリの一部の機能は有料プランでのみ利用できます。料金と請求はWixの定める方法によります。無料お試しがある場合の条件も、Wixの表示に従います。

第3条（利用者の責任）

  1. 利用者は、配送設定（最短受付日数、休業日、時間帯など）を自らの責任で設定し、表示内容を確認するものとします。
  2. 本アプリで選ばれた配送希望日時は購入者の希望を記録するものであり、配送業者による配達日時を保証するものではありません。利用者は、購入者に対して配送に関する案内を適切に行うものとします。
  3. 利用者は、法令およびWixの利用規約を守って本アプリを利用するものとします。

第4条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本アプリの解析・改変・再配布、または本アプリやWixの運営を妨げる行為をしてはなりません。

第5条（免責）

  1. 当方は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、および不具合がないことを保証しません。
  2. 当方は、Wixの障害、配送業者の事情、設定の誤りなど、当方の責めに帰さない事由により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
  3. 当方が責任を負う場合でも、その範囲は、損害が生じた月に利用者が本アプリの料金として支払った額を上限とします。ただし、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りではありません。

第6条（提供の変更・終了）

当方は、事前に告知したうえで、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。

第7条（個人情報）

情報の取り扱いは、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによります。

第8条（規約の変更）

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第9条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms and Conditions (English)

These terms set out the conditions for using the Wix app "Japan Delivery Date" (the "App") provided by LilyBell ("we"). By installing the App on a Wix site, you ("User") agree to these terms.

1. The App

The App adds a delivery date and time slot selector to the Wix checkout and records the selection on orders, among other features.

2. Fees

Some features are available only on a paid plan. Fees and billing follow the methods set by Wix, including the terms of any free trial shown by Wix.

3. User responsibilities

  1. The User configures the delivery settings (minimum lead days, closed days, time slots and so on) at their own responsibility and checks how they are displayed.
  2. A delivery date and time slot selected through the App records the customer's preference and does not guarantee delivery by the carrier on that date or time. The User is responsible for informing customers about delivery appropriately.
  3. The User uses the App in compliance with applicable laws and the Wix Terms of Use.

4. Prohibited actions

The User must not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App, or interfere with the operation of the App or Wix.

5. Disclaimer

  1. We do not guarantee that the App fits the User's particular purpose or is free of defects.
  2. We are not liable for damages caused by reasons not attributable to us, such as Wix outages, carrier circumstances or incorrect settings.
  3. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the fees the User paid for the App in the month the damage occurred, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

6. Changes to or termination of the App

We may change or discontinue the App after giving prior notice.

7. Personal information

Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute related to the App.
